Flagship site visit, three to five panels, print + screen files, one revision, handover.
Inbound observation day and a rewritten dock-to-stock panel.
Two observed handovers, role cards, and huddle-screen layout.
Extra observation or multi-building walk-throughs after the core quote.
What changes the estimate
- Sites over 50,000 sq ft or multi-mezzanine layouts often need a second observation day.
- Peak-season visits within six weeks of Black Friday or late-November grocery push carry a rush surcharge stated in the quote.
- Reprint-only work for clients with an existing pack is billed per panel once files are already approved.
- Travel beyond England and Wales is discussed case by case; Scotland and Northern Ireland visits include overnight costs when required.
Deposits
Projects over £2,000 usually take a 30% deposit to hold the site-visit week. The balance is due on delivery of final files. See the refund policy for how deposits and started work are handled.
