Who this is for

What you receive

What stays out of scope
We do not install warehouse control systems, rewrite WMS reports, or sell ongoing software access. If your extract already exists, we shape how it is shown on the floor. If extracts are messy, we document the fields you still need from IT — we do not replace that team.
How the work runs
- Brief call — site type, shift pattern, peak calendar, and the three measures that already cause arguments.
- Floor visit — half to full day on site, photographing board locations and noting sightlines from packing to dock.
- Draft pack — first visualisation set returned within five working days of the visit.
- Revision — one structured pass after you walk the drafts with night and day shifts.
- Handover — files, print specs, and a short refresh ritual for supervisors.
Preparation we ask of you
Share a recent week of outbound volume, your current SLA definitions, and access to walk the floor with a host. High-vis and site induction rules apply as usual.
Constraints
Peak weeks (Black Friday, Christmas grocery push) need booking six weeks ahead. Multi-site rollouts are quoted separately after the first pack is proven on one floor.
