By using https://filepineway.click and commissioning work from PineWay File Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services
PineWay File Ltd provides warehouse fulfilment KPI visualisation commissions, including board packs, dock-to-stock reviews, and shift handover packs, as described on this site. Descriptions are informational; the scope in your written quote and confirmation email controls the engagement.
Quotes and fees
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fees are in GBP and exclude VAT unless noted. A deposit may be required to reserve a site-visit week. Work begins after we receive the agreed deposit and site access arrangements.
Client responsibilities
You provide accurate site information, safe escorted access, and timely feedback on drafts within the revision window stated in the quote. Delays in access or feedback may move delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Draft and final board files remain our copyright until the final invoice is paid in full. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered files for your own warehouse operations and internal reporting. You may not resell the designs or present them as a product of another consultancy without written consent. We may show anonymised visuals in our portfolio unless your contract forbids it.
Liability
We design visualisations and definitions based on information you supply and observations on site. We do not warrant operational outcomes such as pick rates, labour cost, or service levels. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use. Active commissions remain under the terms referenced in their quote unless both parties agree otherwise.
